Independence Day

We celebrate Independence Day on the 15th of August every year through a flag-hoisting program organized by MSHAWS members. Independence Day is a day to remember the heroic martyrs of our country and their sacrifices. To celebrate our country’s independence, with the help of some children and villagers, every year we organize some inspirational plays and cultural events. On this day we also organize blood donation camps to encourage the youth to take social responsibilities and learn to carry on.Events like Cricket help us to discover young talents to represent Indian sports and the hope for a better future. Later on, a prize distribution ceremony takes place.

Gandhi Jayanti

Gandhiji is known as the ‘Father of the Nation’ whose inspiration encourages everyone to move forward on the path of truth and non-violence. Our organization celebrates the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi every year to pay homage to him. Celebrations of this special day began with the lighting of lamps at the gatherings of the local people and cultural events were also organized. Youngsters prepare special elocutions and creative performances like plays, dance, art, etc. to show their love and respect for him.To preserve our traditional authentication, we organize Kabadi matches and before that, we also provide nerve-wracking training to aspiring athletes. To be fortunate enough to witness the ultimate match keeps us on the edge of our seats. Lastly, it feels great to deliver the trophy to the champions.

Teacher’s Day

Teacher’s Day is celebrated on the 5th of September every year in India. It is celebrated on the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan who was the second President of India and a great scholar. Teacher’s Day is an important occasion for all educational institutions and shows respect for the hard work and education of all respected teachers. On this day we organize some cultural events where children participate in the event in front of their parents and our team members. Their performances leave us in dumbstruck silence, and we believe there is no line ever written to articulate the beauty and innocence each child holds. In the end, we distribute food and chocolates to bring bright and refreshing smiles back to their faces.

Letter Writing Day

With the increasing technological advancements, we are somehow getting detached from our roots. Nowadays, writing letters seem like a fictional story, and with that, the urge to vent our emotions to our loved ones has gone somewhere far from our reach, and instead, the emotions stayed repressed inside our hearts for quite a long time!
So, to sparkle a little happiness, we celebrate letter writing day, where all the children write their hearts out to a family member they love the most, and we send the letters to their respective houses, just to cherish the infectious smile on their faces.

Reading Day

Every week our society conducts a special reading day session for the students, their parents, and our school staff members. We do so with the aim to increase reading habits and enhance the depth of knowledge. Other than that, we officially celebrate the national reading day every year on the 19th of June, where we encourage the students to practice reading as it can improve a person’s crucial skills including, communication fluency, wordstocks, confidence, etc.

Children’s Day

Every year on the 14th of November we celebrate Children’s Day with the aim of spreading child awareness among the common people. Children’s Day is celebrated across India to increase awareness about the rights, education, and welfare of children. On this day all the children and students participated in the cultural program arranged by us.
